Our approach is to configure and customise a few elements of each part of the system and then with training and guidance, facilitate configuration of the rest of the software by your administration staff. Our initial configurations help get things up and running quickly and they also provide reference examples for training purposes and for when staff are carrying out further configuration work independently.
